We had a gathering on 3 Nov 2012. But this
time is a mourning gathering to give our respect to Mak Hong Shing who passed
away. Eight of us is available to attend and represent the hearts of our TPS64.
We have friendship of about 50 years.
As we can remember, Mak Hong Shing lived in
Taipo Kou, and his grandfather brought him to school everyday. He has been
invited some of us to his house in our primary school days, and we can remember
lots of funs in the playfield under the cotton tree.
He married with Sylvia and gave birth to a
daughter Sheila, now studying in Australia. Sylvia said that Mak hong Shing
suffered from intestine cancer, with pain but not too serious pain, and thought
it was some kind of hemorrhoids. When
lastly found the cancer, it came quick. While they were chattering one day, and
Mak Hong Shing just passed away, with his family by his side, and without
suffering from the usual pain in cancer. Our thinking of the next gathering
close to his house is too late. He has gone and we can only hope he will rest
in peace.
Among the eight of us present, four have
retired, and Kai Ming now has time to undergo his interests, and will be
holding an exhibition of his photo shots in the coming days. We then expect Kai
Ming to help coordinate more on our classmates as well.
